We care for your home while you are away with three levels of service to choose from.
Remote monitoring is not enough - most insurers require a physical in home presence every 3 to 4 days. We provide a walk-thru service; personalizing checklist items to align with homeowners' insurance policy requirements.
In addition to base offering, we act as a proxy for any home failures/emergency issues, and oversee scheduled crews on their timeliness and quality of work.
Live differently! Annual repairs, maintenance and/or refresh projects scheduled while you are away. We supervise. Groceries delivered for your return...plus more!

We used their residential service for 6 years, some of those years were before they decided to form the Crown Corporation. We were totally satisfied by their impeccable attention to detail and service, and in checking and maintaining our home in Sherwood Park, while we spend 5 months in Arizona. Crown Residential Property Mgmt. is solving a problem that many of us face when we travel, who looks after our home while we are gone. A person hates to be the one that constantly asks family and friends to look after our home while we travel, and with the increased demands by many of our home insurers, it is becoming more important.
